Evaluation
This is an intent to sole source to Element under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), as the manufacturer is the only known source. However, the Government will consider information received to determine if a competitive procurement is appropriate. If a bid is submitted by another vendor, they must demonstrate they are an authorized distributor for Element and are capable of maintaining the Element Warranty.
Additional Notes
All responses must be submitted via email to Annie Bohmann. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission.
