This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, H9224026Q2001, is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). It is the Government’s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the services of training in the fabrication and flying of First Person View (FPV) small, unmanned aircraft system (sUAS) per Attachment 1 – PWS as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small-Business (SDVOSB) set aside with applicable NAICS code size standard of 611699.

Base Year performance beginning on 15 January 2026 at Contractor's facility.
