Special Requirements
- Location: Contractor must be located within a 50-mile radius of Fort Benning, GA, with 60-minute on-call/recall capability.
- Expertise: Minimum 10 years of Special Operations experience with intimate knowledge of the 75th Ranger Regiment's breaching and demolition Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs). Minimum 5 years of past performance supporting Special Operations breaching contracts. Expert-level understanding of Net Explosive Weight (NEW) calculations, demolition charge construction, blast overpressure effects, breaching, explosives theory, energetics, and military range operations.
- Security: Secret clearance preferred for personnel, but not required at the time of award. Personnel must comply with security, Anti-Terrorism (AT) Level I, OPSEC Level I, and iWATCH training.
