• Electronic Submissions: Quotes via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) must specify any exceptions (e.g., Mil specs/standards, packaging). Electronic submittal of Invoice and Receiving Report (COMBO) through PIEE-WAWF is mandatory.
• Production Facility Changes: Any changes to production facilities require written approval from the Contracting Officer, subject to conditions including no delay, no change to f.o.b. point, and a $250 price reduction for administrative costs.
