Pricing & Evaluation
All pricing must be FIRM. Quotes should include unit price, extended total price, proposed RTAT, and quote validity period (ideally 60+ days). Pricing must account for material in unwhole condition, missing hardware, or damage. If the Government's required 65-day RTAT is not met, a price reduction of one percent of the unit price per unit per month will be applied via a Reconciliation Modification. Contractors are responsible for all inspection requirements and must maintain records for 365 days. Inspection and testing of repaired items must follow original manufacturer's specifications.
