This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) from Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab) for the procurement of BRAND NAME OR SPECIFICATIONS EQUAL TO TRANSFORMER BUSHINGS. • Delivery: F.O.B. Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab), Batavia, IL 60510, Freight prepaid (delivered).

• Quotations Close: 29 MAY 2026 at 4:00 PM CT.

• Interested organizations must submit capabilities and qualifications in writing no later than the closing date.

• The RFP response must include a completed RFP page with a price, a completed SARC, and a completed PUR-466.
