This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for English/Spanish simultaneous and consecutive interpretation and translation services for the International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) San Salvador for their 2026 training schedule. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract or purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. The services are needed to facilitate communication between the teaching agency and participants, making it more efficient and effective.

• Interpretation Services: Simultaneous/consecutive interpretation for nineteen (19) ILEA San Salvador 2026 courses, Monday-Friday, 0700-1700 hours. This includes interpretation during a welcoming lunch (1200-1300 hours) on the first day of each course. No equipment is required.

• Translation Services: Translation of critiques/evaluations within one week after the course end. Translation of unforeseen documents (approximately 350,000 words) from English to Spanish and vice versa. Payment for translation will be based on the actual amount translated.

• Additional Interpreters: Up to two interpreters per day may be needed for other ILEA events, with thirty (30) days of additional interpretation required. Requests for these services will be made within two weeks in advance.

• Contract Type: Firm-fixed-price purchase order.

• Period of Performance: Services are for the 2026 training schedule.
