Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive trash, solid waste, natural vegetation, and recyclable material collection, removal, and disposal services at specified CBP premises, including HQ, Border Patrol Stations (BPS), and Ranges (e.g., Clint BPS, El Paso BPS, Santa Teresa BPS/Range). Services must adhere to the Statement of Work (SOW) and Task & Frequency Chart, ensuring a sanitary and odor-free environment. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all necessary permits, insurance, labor, transportation, supplies, and equipment, including providing all dumpsters.

Key Requirements & Clarifications
Bidders must account for prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits as per the Wage Determination for El Paso, TX, Hudspeth, TX, and Dona Ana, NM. The Firm-Fixed-Price must be all-inclusive of disposal/tipping fees. Proposals require a detailed Staffing Plan and Quality Control Plan (QCP). Offerors must have an active SAM registration, Unique Entity ID (UEI), and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN). Evaluation & Submission
