Submission & Evaluation
Quotations must be submitted electronically as PDF, MS-Word, or MS-Excel files (not exceeding 30MB per email) to abujaprocbids@state.gov. A complete quotation package is required, including SF-1449, Section I Pricing, Section 5 Representations and Certifications, a technical proposal, a financial proposal detailing transaction fees, and proof of SAM registration. Award will be based on the lowest price from technically acceptable and responsible offerors, determined by evaluating offered transaction fees against estimated requirements. The government intends to award multiple contracts and reserves the right to award without discussions.
Eligibility & Requirements
Offerors must possess current, active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) prior to proposal submission, including a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number.
