Evaluation

Special Requirements & Notes
- Contractor Responsibility: Bidders must submit a Contractor Responsibility Verification form and demonstrate adequate financial resources, ability to meet schedules, satisfactory performance record, integrity, and necessary skills/equipment as per FAR 9.103 and 9.104-1.
- Base Access & Security: Contractor personnel require security passes and must undergo identity proofing and vetting (NCIC/CLETS checks). An Entry Authority List (EAL) with employee information must be provided by March 16, 2026. Base passes are valid from April 21 to April 28, 2026.
