Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide delivery, setup, calibration, troubleshooting, teardown, and return of walk-through and hand-held metal detectors, as well as tables, for the Travis Air Force Base "Wings Over Solano" 2026 Air Show.

• Provide ten (10) walk-through metal detectors capable of screening for guns and knives, with a throughput of 3600 people per hour, and supporting multi-lane entrances up to eight feet wide.

• Provide twenty (20) hand-held metal detector wands sensitive to guns and knives.

• Provide fifteen (15) tables for security stations, each large enough for two or more people.

• Provide ten (10) "Metal Detectors in Use" A-Frame Signs.

• Provide twenty (20) pocket bowl units.

• Ensure all equipment is functional in an outdoor airfield environment, protected from rain, and stable against high winds.

• Coordinate power requirements with the Government Representative.

• Perform on-site troubleshooting for the duration of the Air Show.

• Ensure site cleanup and return delivery locations to pre-existing condition.
