Scope of Work
The selected coordinator will:
- Serve as a resource, advisor, and coordinator for religious and fellowship programs.
- Create an environment for spiritual and character development.
- Develop programs in concert with the Airmen Leadership Team and Peak Chaplain.
- Coordinate advertisements, activities, and requests.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule the Airmen Leadership Team.
- Ensure The Peak is staffed with volunteers and maintained during operating hours (Monday-Saturday, 1800-2200).
- Prepare non-alcoholic beverages, account for monthly supply expenditures, and design publicity.
- Maintain stock of religious literature, ensure computers are operational, and foster accountability.
- Clean the facility daily, including kitchen appliances, and manage keys.
- Develop an annual calendar of events, CTOF budget, appropriated fund budget, and core religious education curriculum.
- Handle invoicing for Wide Area Work Flow.
