Scope of Work
This ordering vehicle will cover various construction projects on an as-needed basis, including facility repair/alteration and real property repair/alteration. Work examples include, but are not limited to:
- Interior and exterior building construction, repair, and alterations/restorations (e.g., office renovations with painting and carpeting).
- Repair or replacement of electrical, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Storm drainage, exterior renovations, roof repair and/or replacement.
- Demolition services, earthwork, pavement repair and/or replacements, and other miscellaneous construction projects. Contractors will be responsible for furnishing all necessary supervision, labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, licenses, insurances, and bonding.
