Scope of Work

The proposal format requires four volumes: Cover Sheet, Technical, Past Performance, Price, and Clauses/Provisions. Offerors may submit CPARS in lieu of new Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQs), with a maximum of two PPQs/CPARS or one of each. Pricing for the scenario project should use "Building Construction Costs with RSMeans Annual Edition" (2025 or 2026) with the "Open Shop" labor index. The Davis Bacon Wage Determination (DC20260002) must be used for labor cost estimation.
