Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

The U.S. Embassy in Bucharest requires services to repair cracks and fissures, apply surface improvement treatment on the parking asphalted surface, repair trench drain systems, and repaint parking lines within the Embassy Exterior Parking Lot.

• Repair and treat asphalt surfaces with unevenness, cracks, and crevices.

• Repair or replace gutters, curbs, manholes, and drains.

• Repaint parking lines, including car spot delimitation lines, pedestrian access and crossing, and handicap parking signs.

• Apply surface regenerative treatment for old asphalt surfaces.

• Restore impermeability of porous coatings.

  • Parking (ground level, upper deck, down & up ramps): 3,150 sqm + 100 m
  • M-CAC Visitor's Parking (asphalt only): 325 sqm + 30 m
  • Parking Spots Markings Repaint (15 cm wide): 675 m
  • Other markings (pedestrian crossing, non-parking areas): 200 sqm
  • Trench Drain: 25 m

• Work must comply with manufacturer's recommendations for asphalt surface treatment and marking paint application, considering temperature, humidity, and dust.

• Materials must be manufacturer's original, unopened packages.

• Quality control plan required.

• Performance Guarantee: 24 months; Materials Manufacturer Quality Guaranty: 36 months.

• Place of Performance: U.S. Embassy in Bucharest.

• Estimated Execution Period: 6 weeks / 42 calendar days from the issuing of the Commencement Order.

• Fixed-price contract with unit prices required for each work category.

• Contractor must provide site assessment, project management, skilled staff, equipment, and logistics.
