Performance Work Statement (PWS) Details

  • Objective: Remove three specific trees (one Ash, two White Pines) near Building 5000 at Scott AFB to mitigate property damage risks, protect HVAC equipment and roof drains, and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Scope of Work: Includes removal and disposal of trees, stumps, a retaining wall, and drainage pipe. Requires obtaining dig permits, backfilling and seeding disturbed areas, and repairing any damage to sidewalks or government property.
