- Administering a retail pharmacy network across all U.S. states and territories.
- Operating the TRICARE Mail Order Pharmacy (TMOP) program.
- Performing claims adjudication, including eligibility, cost-sharing, Other Health Insurance (OHI) identification, and Drug Utilization Review (DUR).
- Managing clinical reviews, such as prior authorization (PA) and medical necessity (MN).
- Providing beneficiary and pharmacy support services, system security, and reliability.
- Supporting interfaces with government systems (e.g., DEERS, PDW, Federal EHR).
- Managing specialty agents, vaccines, and compound prescriptions.
