AMENDMENT #1 to this solicitation includes the following revisions:
1. Extends the due date for submission of proposals. Please see date and time specified in this amended solicitation. Offerors who submitted proposals previously need to submit new proposals incorporating all Amendments.
2. Adds DFARS Clauses 252.237-7023 Continuation of Essential Contractor Services and 252.237-7024 Notice of Continuation of Essential Contractor Services.
3. Gives an alternate site visit date and time for interested parties who where not able to attend the first
site visit on 23 September 2025.
This is a non-personal services contract to provide periodic appliance maintenance and repair on installed appliances and as required accomplish installation, connection, and disconnection of appliances. The Contractor will not be responsible for drayage or replacement of appliances. The Contractor shall also perform dryer duct and vent system maintenance and cleaning as part of the requirement of this contract. These services are provided in support Unaccompanied Housing (UH) at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Washington. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation (including fuel and travel time), tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in this PWS. The Contractor is responsible for providing all parts required for Preventive Maintenance Orders (PMOs) and all repair parts required for Demand Maintenance Orders (DMOs).
