Scope of Work
The requirement encompasses comprehensive logistics and sustaining engineering services for TADS units and CMDP software. Key services include:
- Spares Management: Provisioning, inventory control, and obsolescence mitigation (Diminishing Manufacturing Source - DMS).
- Repairs & Upgrades: Hardware, firmware, logic, and software repairs (estimated 40 logic/firmware/software, 15 hardware per year) with specified Turn-Around-Times (TATs). Includes upgrades and Windows software maintenance for CMDP.
- Technical Support: Troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation support at various DoD facilities.
- Data Management: Download, process, and transfer Unclassified IRIG 106 Chapter 10 files from flight media via Secure File Transfer Protocol.
- Configuration Management: Control of CMDP and TADS, including software releases and engineering drawing modifications.
- Logistics: Packaging, handling, storage, transportation, shipping, and receiving. These systems are critical for flight data recording, mishap investigations, Military Flight Operational Quality Assurance (MFOQA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Aircraft/Engine Structural Integrity Programs (ASIP/ENSIP).
