Scope of Work
The RFI seeks information on vendors who can provide all personnel, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary for aerial demonstrations. The anticipated services, as detailed in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), include:
- Performing a solo aerobatic demonstration in a TS-11 Iskra aircraft with smoke, approximately 10 minutes in duration.
- Conducting 1 practice performance on April 24, 2026, and 2 performances on April 25-26, 2026.
- Ensuring the aircraft is in legacy warbird livery, showcasing the TS-11 Iskra in USAF livery.
- Coordinating all airshow planning and implementation activities with the Travis Airshow Team.
- Furnishing sufficient personnel, equipment, and materials for aerial demonstration and static display.
- Participating in a full airshow rehearsal and providing a STEM component for the event.
- Being available for fan interaction, autograph signing, and photo opportunities.
Performance Standards & Requirements
- Pilot must possess an active surface level aerobatic waiver and a Statement of Competency (SAC) card.
- No pyrotechnics are permitted.
- Implementation of a Risk Management Plan and provision of liability insurance ($1,000,000.00 per aircraft/occurrence).
- Compliance with Travis AFB security instructions and environmental regulations.

- Period: Planning, arrival, practice, and execution of the 2026 Travis AFB Air Show, specifically April 24-26, 2026.
