  • Mechanical: Installation of three (3) indoor wall-mounted units and one (1) 6-ton Fujitsu AIRSTAGE J-III L heat pump outdoor unit. This includes refrigerant and drain piping, core penetrations with waterproofing, insulation, testing, and charging.
  • Electrical: Installation of a dedicated 208V, 3-phase power circuit, a NEMA 4X 60A disconnect, and all necessary power/control conduit and wiring. Concrete and roof penetrations must be patched and flashed by a Carlisle-authorized applicator.
  • Controls: Integration of the mini-split system into the existing FAA Schneider Electric EcoStruxure DDC system via BACnet. This includes installing an IP-IO module at VAV-17, submitting a point list, graphics, and control narrative, programming unit setpoints, and updating AHU-3 supply air setpoints. The DDC Control System must be the Schneider Electric SmartStruxure System.
  • Structural & Interior: Concrete core penetration, provision of support framing for units and steel plates, and wall restoration and painting.
