- Ensure chains meet specific technical characteristics including: Pitch 4.00 in, Roller Diameter 2.25 in, Width Between Roller Link Plates 1.25 in, Average Tensile Strength 58000 lb.
- Chains must be epoxy coated (low gloss black) before assembly, with Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel hinge pins and 17-4 PH bushings.
- Deliver all required supplies no later than 12 weeks after the date of award.
