Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR part 12 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR part 13). It constitutes the only solicitation, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is for Brand Name Mandatory "Equal To" submittals will not be considered, as these are direct replacement parts for existing equipment and are proprietary to Transdigm.

• Procurement of "Tube, Metal, Pressure Sensing Line", P/N 7124757-001, Adel Wiggins P/N P5574-2.

• Quantity: 2 each for CLIN 0001 and 2 each for CLIN 0002 (same as Item 0001).

• Place of Manufacture/ Country of Origin is required.

• Contract type and estimated value are not specified in this document.

• Evaluation criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

• Vendor responsibility will be determined using PPIRS and in accordance with FAR 9.104.

• Offerors must complete and include provisions 52.204-24, 52.204-26, 252.204-7016, and 252.204-7019 with their offer.

• Quoters must include price(s), FOB point, Cage Code, point of contact name and phone number, GSA contract number (if applicable), business size under the NAICS Code, and preference for payment by GCPC or WAWF.

• Payment terms are Net 30 Days AFTER acceptance of material.

• The announcement closes on Tuesday, 26 May 2026, at 12:00 PM EDT.

• This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

• To be evaluated as "All or None".
