Submission Requirements

• Pricing: Quotations are valid for 60 days after the closing date, unless otherwise specified.
• Technical Documentation: Vendor review of the IRPOD is mandatory. Technical documents are accessible via HTTPS://LOGISTICS.UNNPP.GOV/ECOMMERCE.
• Quality Assurance: Contractors must provide and maintain an inspection system acceptable to the Government. Quality assurance requirements are detailed in the IRPOD.
• Packaging: Specific packaging requirements apply, including clarifications for MIL-PRF-23199 and MIL-DTL-24466 green poly bags for cleanliness control (MIL-STD-767, MIL-STD-2041, Refueling Clean, Reactor Plant Clean). Fire retardant packaging is no longer required. MIL-STD 2073 packaging applies.
• Reports: A complete package of Vendor Certified Reports of Test and Inspection (per DI-QCIC-8872) must be submitted to NAVSUP-WSS, Code N9433, per the contract delivery schedule. Authorization to ship material must be obtained from the PCO.
• DD Form 1423: Detailed instructions and definitions for completing DD Form 1423 blocks are provided.
