• Offers must include the solicitation number, offeror's contact information, a technical description of items, warranty terms, price, "Remit to" address, representations and certifications (FAR 52.212-3), and acknowledgment of amendments.

• Past performance and price will be used to evaluate offers.

• The government reserves the right to consider quotations other than the lowest price if they provide additional benefit.

• This acquisition is set aside for Small Business.

• NAICS code is 325412 with a size standard of 1300 employees.

• Quotes are considered non-compliant if all items are not received.

• The delivery is FOB Destination, with delivery required within 10 Days ARO (After Receipt of Order) to the VA CMOP Tucson facility.
