• Provide an AT 120 programming package.

• Utilize the existing Dish Smartbox.

• Include the same hardware lease as previously provided.

Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This PWS outlines the requirements for U.S. flagged tugboat services to provide harbor support and ship handling within the region of Oahu, Hawaii, for Commander, Navy Region Hawaii (CNRH).

• Provide towing, twisting, mooring, berthing, docking, streaming, shifting, assisting, pulling, and escorting of various vessel types, including those participating in RIMPAC exercises, and miscellaneous vessels.

• Offer emergency support services for threats such as weather, fires, groundings, equipment failures, downed aircraft, oil spills, collisions, and search-and-rescue operations.

• Provide personnel to go aboard tows as needed.

• Maintain 24-hour readiness for prompt response to Government requests.

• General requirements are stated in specified sections.

• Delivery and redelivery of authorized tugs must meet specifications and be at the correct location and time.
