This RFI seeks information on industry capabilities and pricing for a tugboat to escort and potentially tow up to two U.S. Navy Avenger-class Mine Countermeasure (MCM) vessels from U.S. Fleet Activities Sasebo, Japan, to Naval Support Activity Bahrain.
