All freight is FOB Origin, with freight handling managed by the Navy per the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) Statement of Work. Contractors are required to accurately report all transactions in the CAV system within five business days of receipt. Changes in design, material, servicing, or part number require prior approval from the NAVICP-MECH Contracting Officer.
