• Permits & Clearances: The Production Partner is responsible for permits, releases, and permissions in Malaysia. The Embassy will facilitate introductions and secure releases from participants.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This document is a solicitation from the Embassy of the United States of America in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for the procurement of TV Production services related to Malaysian Football Students. The Embassy intends to award a single purchase order or contract for these services.

Statement of Work (SOW)

To produce engaging television content highlighting the academic and athletic experiences of six Malaysian football students participating in an exchange program in the United States, culminating in a broadcast on a designated TV station.

• Pre-Production: Develop a production plan and schedule, coordinate with organizers and authorities, prepare interviews and storyboards, and arrange filming logistics.

• Post-Production: Review footage, edit content into a 30-60 minute program, add graphics and subtitles, ensure compliance with regulations, and prepare promotional teasers.

• Broadcast Coordination: Liaise with the TV station on technical specifications and delivery formats, submit the final program, and support scheduling and promotion.

• Reporting and Handover: Provide a final report and deliver all raw footage and project files for archival purposes.

• Content must accurately reflect students' experiences and program objectives.

• Final product must meet technical and editorial standards for TV broadcast.

• All deliverables must be submitted on time and in agreed formats.

• Period: July 2026 – September 2026

• Place: Filming in the United States, broadcast on a designated TV station.

• Branding: All materials must include appropriate U.S. Embassy and Freedom 250 branding.

• Intellectual Property: All produced materials become property of the U.S. Embassy for future use.

• Budget: Not to exceed MYR 195,000 (including all costs, fees, and taxes). Bids must be in MYR.
