Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide rental of self-generated Flood Light Towers for the United States Army South (ARSOUTH) in support of Exercise Tradewinds 2026 (ExTW-26) in Antigua and Barbuda (ATG).

• Provide twenty (20) self-generated Flood Light Towers.

• Equipment must meet specific technical requirements: minimum 6000 Generator Rated Watts, 6000 Surge Watts, four (4) lights, 110,000 lumens, 230VAC generator voltage, and 1000W lamp watts.

• Deliver, set-up, maintain, and remove all equipment.

• Provide fuel for refueling operations and ensure all equipment is delivered with a full tank of fuel.

• Ensure all products and facilities are fully functional and operating at maximum capability 24/7, unless otherwise specified.

• Provide backup flood light towers in case of primary failure, with replacement within four (4) hours of notification.
