Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide rental of eight (8) 15KW generators, including maintenance and fuel, to ensure continuous power for life support and work areas during the Exercise Tradewinds 2026 (ExTW-26) in Antigua and Barbuda.

• Provide eight (8) 15KW generators, capable of powering US (110V) and European (220V) equipment.

• Deliver generators to specified locations (Camp Crabbs and Camp Blizzard) by the agreed contractual delivery date.

• Install generators with necessary electrical panels and grounding, ensuring safe connections and isolation from the public.

• Protect all electrical wiring, cables, and conductors from damage and environmental exposure.

• Deliver generators with a full tank of fuel and provide daily refueling twice a day within specified time windows (08:00-10:00 and 18:00-20:00).

• Provide comprehensive on-site operating instructions and a complete operating manual for each unit.

• Ensure generators produce constant and stable electricity at a minimum of 90% of their rated maximum capacity.
