• CLIN 0002: 4 EA MYTEE Shipping Container Dual Caster Wheels (11000 LBS WL), featuring heavy-gauge structural cast steel housing, solid forged steel core, high-density Nylon tread, dual-ball race swivel bearings, and integrated foot-pedal lock brakes. Working Load Limit (WLL) is 11,000 lbs per single unit.
• CLIN 0003: 4 EA MYTEE 21.3" Rugged Dual Caster Wheels with Twist Lock for Shipping Containers (RUBBER, 4000 LBS WLL), constructed with heavy-gauge structural plate steel frame, solid rubber tires, dual-wheel configuration with central support wheel, and sealed heavy-duty industrial swivel bearings. Working Load Limit (WLL) is 4,000 lbs per single unit.

• Evaluation Factors: Award will be made on a BEST VALUE basis, with technical acceptability and price reasonableness being the primary considerations. Technical capability and price are substantially more significant than all other factors combined. Vendors must provide a detailed (unpriced) capabilities statement and a separate price breakdown.
• Payment: Vendors must have a Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) account as payment will be processed via WAWF by DFAS.

• Set-Aside: This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). This procurement is considered "OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION" as it is restricted to small businesses.
