  • Replacement of existing track assemblies with new Caterpillar (Cat) OEM track rail assemblies and associated hardware.
  • Furnishing and installation of specific new Cat OEM undercarriage components (e.g., LINK AS-TRAC, LINK TCK MST, BOLT-TRACK, NUT-TRACK, BOLT TCK MST) and one DISPLAY GP (Program Monitor).
  • Comprehensive inspection of the undercarriage system (idler wheels, track adjuster assemblies, hydraulic cylinders, rollers, sprockets, bushings, pins, recoil mechanisms) upon disassembly.
  • Documentation of wear, damage, and components not meeting manufacturer specifications.
  • Inspection and potential repair/replacement of idler wheels, track adjuster cylinders, and recoil assemblies.
  • Removal, installation, programming, and calibration of the Program Monitor to manufacturer specifications.
  • Reassembly and testing of all components according to manufacturer specifications. All work must meet Caterpillar OEM standards. Only new, unused, and genuine Caterpillar OEM parts are permitted, with substitutions requiring written approval.
