  • One 20-foot double gate (1-20' sch 40).

Questions & Answers / Clarifications

This document provides responses to vendor questions regarding the Solicitation (RFQ) for the FWS - McFaddin NWR Shop Security Fence Replacement Project.

• Line Post Installation: Corner, gate, and terminal posts require concrete footings (12" diameter by 3' deep). Line posts can be driven 2' into the soil or concreted in a 6" diameter by 2' hole.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for the replacement of garage doors at the McFaddin National Wildlife Refuge (NWR). The selected offeror will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials, tools, and incidental items necessary for the project, as detailed in the Statement of Work.

• A site visit is scheduled for May 5, 2026, from 8 am-9 am CDT at the McFaddin National Wildlife Refuge. RSVP is required 24 hours prior to the visit.
