• Quotations will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below, with award made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government:

  1. Products offered meet the technical requirements of the bill of materials.
  2. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of a quote meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors.
  3. Accessibility Conformance Reports (as detailed above).

• The Government reserves the right to perform testing on proposed ICT items to validate Section 508 conformance claims.
