Scope of Work
The contractor will perform tasks in accordance with the PWS, Tri-Service Food Code, and professional standards. Services include, but are not limited to:
- Serving and replenishing food.
- Cleaning interior and exterior facilities, equipment, and utensils.
- Maintaining and repairing equipment.
- Preparing raw vegetables, fruits, cold cuts, and cheeses for military cooks.
- Ensuring coverage for ethnic and/or specialty food bars.
- Making and wrapping sandwiches, cutting and portioning pastry items.
- Providing cashier services. In a contingency, the contractor may be required to provide temporary cooks. The 325th FSS will maintain all management responsibility, oversight, and decision-making authority for day-to-day operations.
