Purpose & Scope
This RFI is for planning purposes only to gather industry capabilities for providing high-quality, effective, and efficient Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Professional IT Training Certification courses. The objective is to enhance the VA workforce's IT knowledge and support Veterans' healthcare. The scope includes full pre, during, and post-facilitation and management of training, along with evaluating course effectiveness.
Key Requirements & Deliverables (from Draft PWS)
The contractor shall:
- Provide 40 certification-related COTS courses per year, categorized into three levels (10 Level 1, 10 Level 2, 20 Level 3).
- Include curriculum, materials, lab access, and up to 550 Certification Testing Vouchers annually.
- Develop and maintain a Contractor Project Management Plan (CPMP) and conduct a technical kickoff meeting.
- Support optional tasks for additional IT Certification Courses and test vouchers.
- Ensure all electronic ICT and content comply with Section 508 Standards.
