The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information & Technology (OIT), Office of People Science (OPS), People Readiness (PR) aims to provide high-quality, effective, and efficient Information Technology (IT) services to support Veterans' healthcare. The mission of PR is to foster a learning environment that engages an efficient and effective Veteran-focused workforce, enabling OIT to meet its objectives through comprehensive workforce development programs, including IT certification training.

The Contractor shall provide Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Professional IT Training Certification courses. This includes full pre, during, and post facilitation and management to enhance the VA workforce's IT knowledgebase. The Contractor will also assist in evaluating course effectiveness to provide return on investment data.

• Period of Performance: One 12-month base period with four (4) 12-month Option Periods. The total task order period of performance shall not exceed 60 months.

• Place of Performance: Primarily remote, with specific tasks at PR's location in Shepherdstown, WV, and at Contractor facilities. Remote work at government or contractor facilities is possible with COR concurrence.

• Travel: Local travel within a 50-mile radius is not reimbursed. Travel to the Shepherdstown facility is not authorized.

• Government Furnished Property (GFP): Limited to two laptops. The Contractor is responsible for other IT accessories.
