• Data-at-rest encryption + Role-based access control.

• Training: Basic + Advanced in-person training, practical flight training, final examination, certificate issuance.
• Warranty: Minimum 24 months from Final Acceptance.
• Support and Service: Technical support within 1 business day; critical failure intervention plan; service and maintenance in Bosnia and Herzegovina with an authorized facility.
• Registration: Contractor must ensure UAV system registration and obtain operational authorizations from the Directorate of Civil Aviation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BHDCA).
