Scope of Work

- 4 UAV Mountable Radiometric Thermal Cameras: Min 640x512 resolution, min 4x digital zoom, object tracking, and a temperature range of min -20°C to +150°C.
- 2-Year Warranties: For both UAVs and cameras.
- Training & Certification: For 16 personnel on practical and theoretical UAV components, provided by an independent and accredited organization registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- Additional Equipment: Includes RGB/EO cameras (min 4K video, min 30x optical zoom), Night Vision (min 1080p), 3-axis gimbal, LIDAR payload, searchlight, and PA/speaker.
- Logistics & Support: Transport cases, spare parts, manuals, technical support within 1 business day, and service/maintenance in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- Compliance: Contractor must ensure UAV system registration and obtain operational authorizations from the Directorate of Civil Aviation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BHDCA). Unique item identification (DFARS 252.211-7003) is required.
