Textron is identified as the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the UC-12W aircraft, possessing the unique knowledge, experience, and technical data required to meet the Government's needs.

This notice is an intent to award sole-source and is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government does not intend to fund the development or qualification of other sources.
