• Delivery Destination: 20 CES CERF, AF BPN NO MILSBILLS PROCESSES, 428 CHAPIN ST, SHAW AFB, SC 29152, UNITED STATES.

• Payment will be made through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

• Offer Due Date: 25 March 2026, at 12:00 PM (EST).

• Quotes must be valid until 30 September 2026.

• Quotes must include: Firm Fixed Pricing for CLIN 0001, service specifications, any discount terms, contractor information (name, address, CAGE code, GSA Schedule if applicable), point of contact, completed Reps & Certs, and signed copy of Amendments (if applicable).

• Questions deadline: 20 March 2026, at 10:00 AM (EST).

• Evaluation Factors: Price and Meeting Criteria of Salient Characteristics. The government will rank offers by price and then evaluate the technical acceptability of the three lowest-priced offers.

• This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business.
