Contract Details
This will result in a firm-fixed-price purchase order (PO), utilizing simplified acquisition procedures. The procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 221310 (Water Supply and Irrigation System) with a $41 million size standard. Delivery lead time for the systems is 60 days after receipt of order, with installation within 30 days of delivery. Acceptance will occur at NIST, Gaithersburg, MD.
Submission & Evaluation
Electronic quotations are due by 4:00 PM Eastern Time on April 10, 2026, and must be emailed to ranae.armstrong@nist.gov with a copy to Donald.collie@nist.gov, referencing the RFQ number in the subject line. Inquiries were originally due by April 2, 2026, with responses to be posted as an amendment. Award will be made to the responsible quoter with the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote. Technical capability must meet or exceed all SOW specifications, and proposed prices will be evaluated for reasonableness. The government may award without discussions. Quoters must have an ACTIVE SAM.gov registration.
