Submission & Evaluation
Vendors must submit both a Price Quote and a Technical Proposal electronically to both benjamin.t.rickman@usace.army.mil and jenifer.m.garland@usace.army.mil. Submissions must be in Adobe PDF format, 8 1/2 x 11 size pages, with no less than 10 pitch or 10 font. No hard copies will be accepted. Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote. Technical acceptability will consider SAM registration, ability to meet PWS requirements, compliance with ANSI/SAIA A92 standards, and qualifications of key personnel. Past performance will be evaluated based on CPARS reports.
