Submission & Evaluation

Award will be made to the responsible business whose quote is most advantageous to the Government based on Best Value. Evaluation factors include: PRICE, TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE, DELIVERY (ARO), AND PAST PERFORMANCE. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards.
