Scope of Work
The contractor will provide an AI-powered Grant Intelligence platform to modernize HUD grant management and oversight, offering comprehensive insights, fraud detection, and compliance automation. Key tasks include:
- Platform Deployment & Integration for Disaster Recovery Programs.
- Key Capabilities Configuration for Disaster Recovery Programs, including AI-powered analysis, amendment/clause management, data extraction/matching, vendor data analysis, and fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) detection.
- User Support & Continuous Improvement for all Grant Programs.
- Optional tasks to extend deployment, integration, capabilities, and configurations to other HUD grant programs, potentially supporting all six grant-making offices.

Submission & Evaluation
