Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide comprehensive laundry and dry cleaning services for the Washington Army National Guard, including the provision and cleaning of shop rags/towels, floor mats, and coveralls.

• Services: Washing/cleaning and providing shop rags/towels, washing/cleaning floor mats, and providing/washing/cleaning coveralls.

• Items Provided: Coveralls must be military specification (olive drab, foliage green, or universal camouflage pattern) with no logos or branding.

• Locations: Services are required at multiple Washington Army National Guard facilities including FMS#1 (Seattle), FMS#3 (Sedro Wooley), FMS#4 (Montesano), FMS#5 (Fairchild AFB), UTES (JBLM), CSMS (JBLM), and MATES (Yakima Training Center).

• Quantities: Specific weekly quantities for rags, coveralls, and floor mats are detailed for each location. Note: Projected weekly demand is twice the actual need; the contractor will launder 50% of each quantity weekly and deliver the remaining 50% clean.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Quality Assurance Plan (QASP) is designed to provide the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) with a systematic surveillance method to ensure contractor compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services for the Washington Army National Guard. The government relies on the contractor's Quality Control Plan to ensure contractual requirements are met.

This document outlines the surveillance plan for laundry and dry cleaning services. Key performance objectives include:

• Contractor pick-up and delivery of laundry in accordance with the PWS.
