- Uniform Provision: Initial measurement of employees within two weeks of award; provide uniforms in various sizes (including extra large, long, petite, and short) at no additional cost. Uniforms must be new, unused, maintained, and replaced if they do not meet criteria.
- Customization: Supply and affix patches (embroidered or sublimation) as requested.
- Logistics: Provide lockers for Facilities Management (FMS) employees (approx. 6.5" W x 36" H) on the ground floor of Bldg. 1. Supply soiled garment bins for employee use. Drop-off locations for EVS, NFS, and SCM departments will be in room EG-38 (laundry room on the ground floor of Bldg. 1).
- Maintenance: Provide repair tags; uniforms requiring repair will be returned repaired or replaced within one week.
- Personnel: Contractor employees must wear Government ID badges on premises.
- Clarifications (from Amendment 0001): EVS, NFS, and SCM departments will not require storage lockers. The FMS department is not receiving jackets; the SCM department is receiving jackets as noted in the SOW. The most important service feature is timely, accurate delivery of requested items.
