The Architect of the Capitol requires a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the ability to procure uniform items to support the agency’s mission.

Please see attached RFI and associated Draft SOW, Draft Pricing Sheet, and Draft Instructions to Quoters and Basis for Award.

Amendment 01 (12/4/2025): The purpose of this amendment is to inform vendors that the government intends to change the Draft Instructions to Quoters and Basis for Award to state that for Factor 2 - Uniform Samples, instead of asking for 8 samples (a) through h)), the government is considering asking for samples of all 69 items listed in the Draft Pricing Sheet. i.e., quoters will be asked to mail these samples to the AOC campus in Washington, DC as part of the RFQ. Please reply with your comments on this approach.

Amendment 02 (12/4/2025): The purpose of this amendment is to add the following question to the RFI:

h) What platform do you offer for ordering uniforms? Web, mobile, or both? What technology investment level is it?  i.e., basic functionality or full Augmented Reality/Artificial Intelligence implementation? What would typically be the cost difference between offering a minimal system vs. a more sophisticated system (e.g., Augmented Reality Fitting, voice ordering, badge integration, predictive analytics for stock level, etc. )?
