Scope of Work
The requirement is for the provision and installation of three (3) Unimac Softmount Washer-Extractors (or equal) with specific capacity (25lb, 3.7 cu. ft., 350-400 G-force, 1075 RPM) and three (3) Unimac Single Dryers (or equal) with Dual Digital Control, Reversing Cylinder, Electric Heating, and specific features (73,000 BTU, 500 CFM). Installation includes receiving, delivery, offloading, removal and disposal of old equipment, hook-up to soap stations, mounting, ventilation, leveling, bolting, grouting, and functional testing. Thorough staff training and specific warranties (3-year limited, 5-year on frame/cylinder/seals/bearings, lifetime technical support) are also required. The equipment must be industrial grade, suitable for high-frequency use, and efficient in conserving water, energy, and time.

Additional Notes
Contractor personnel performing work must be U.S. Citizens and do not require a security clearance at quote submission. Access to the facility requires compliance with the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) and potentially obtaining a DoD Common Access Card (CAC). Payment will be via DFAS Electronics Funds Transfer (EFT) through the WAWF System, monthly in arrears.
