• Provision and installation of three (3) Unimac Single Dryers or equal with Dual Digital Control, Reversing Cylinder, Electric Heating, and specific features (Microprocessor, Black Graphics, White Front Panel, Black Door, 73,000 BTU, 500 CFM).

• Installation scope includes receiving, delivering, offloading, removing and disposing of existing equipment, hooking up new equipment to ECOLAB soap stations, mounting, installing all houses and ventilation, leveling, bolting, and grouting equipment.

• Functional testing of all installed equipment.

• Thorough training of designated staff.

• Warranties include Lifetime Technical Support, 3-Year Limited warranty on washers and dryers, and 5-Years on Frame and Cylinder Shaft Assembly and Seals & Bearings.

• Delivery and installation requested by 1 November 2025.

• Place of Performance: Naval Consolidated Brig Miramar Detachment Pearl Harbor.

• Payment via DFAS Electronics Funds Transfer (EFT) through the WAWF System, monthly in arrears.

• This is a "brand name or equal" requirement. Offerors must meet specified physical, functional, or performance characteristics and clearly identify the brand name, make, and model number of any proposed "equal" products.

• Descriptive literature, illustrations, or drawings are required.

• Any modifications to make a product conform to requirements must be clearly described.

• Contractor personnel performing work do not require a security clearance at quote submission, but must be U.S. Citizens.
