Scope of Work

This includes fault mitigation, immediate execution of minor configuration changes or firmware updates, and tracking critical components approaching End-of-Life (EOL) with at least six months' advance notification. Services must adhere to German electrical safety standards, and the contractor must possess ISO 9001 or equivalent certification. Performance Standards
Key performance metrics include on-site response within 1 business day for Tier 1 (Critical) failures (3 days for Volkel AB) and 7 business days for Tier 2 (Normal) failures. A written diagnosis and quote must be provided within 6 hours of on-site arrival for emergency calls. The contractor must maintain the UPS fleet in an "Online/Protected" state for 95% of the contract period. Service reports are due within 10 business days, and invoices within 30 calendar days. Service credits of 5% per day will apply for failure to meet Tier 1 on-site response times.
Evaluation & Submission
Award will be made based on Best Value Tradeoff, considering vendor responsibility, responsiveness, and the lowest-priced quotation that meets past performance, technical, and responsibility criteria.
